maki12, what do you call an open order in Japanese in your field? I cannot read those letters were garbled. At my work it is called オープンオーダー from English or 見出荷分の注文, these does not fit to the Japanese sentence, though.
ex# When it is 立川への 配達, we deliver to Tachikawa on Tuesdays and Thursdays. J means deliveries from other parts to the area of Tachikawa.
If it is 立川での配達, the E would be ok. J means deliveries are limited to within the area of Tachikawa.
hiya - I made a number of these edits. unfortunately the software was setup so the ex# would change each time, so it is hard to reference the above. However, I have changed this in the programming now, so the ID# should stay consisent on any future notes.
